I had an amazing time shooting with Jeremy Grieff this weekend. It was a lifestyle shoot so I was able to show my passions of food and fitness. I came up with this dish the morning of the shoot. I have no name for it. LOL. It’s simply a butterflied chicken breast with italian seasoning (see March recipe). On top, I sliced tomato, added a drizzle of balsamic glaze, crumbled low fat feta on top and ribbon cut my basil.
After the shoot…I devoured it. 😛
