Want your kids to eat more fruit? If they won’t eat it by the bowlful…make it fun…add to waffles, pancakes (on top or IN the waffles, pancakes)…add to yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, etc.
- strawberries and blueberries or berries of choice, banana
- waffles (whole wheat or organic eggos work) or make your own batch of waffles or pancakes!
- non-fat vanilla greek yogurt
- light or sugar free syrup
I’m seriously not going to give you directions…except to wash your berries!! 😉
