Ingredients makes 2 burgers. DOUBLE the ingredients to make 4 turkey burgers (GREAT reheated!)
- Raw Spinach (either a box or 2 bags)
- 2 tbsp Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese
- 1/2 lb ground Turkey Breast
- salt, pepper
- EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
Add a drizzle of EVOO to skillet. Add spinach and sauté until partially wilted. Add 2 tbsp of cream cheese (which makes it really creamy…you can get away with even 1 tbsp). Salt and pepper to taste (go easy on the salt) 😉 Continue to sauté until done.
While that’s cooking, drizzle EVOO in another skillet and create 2 turkey patties. Cover and cook on medium heat until done.
PLATE and EAT! Sooooo easy!!!!
Feel free to add onions, garlic or spices to your burger…or garlic to your spinach. You could even add mushrooms! Get creative! Enjoy the process 🙂
