- 1 teaspoon Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Spicy Brown Mustard (ok ok…so use DIJON mustard if you want to be the dijon nazi…I just didn’t have any and I liked the name I gave it lol)
- Cracked Black Pepper (optional and amount is to your liking)
Combine and wa-la! lol So easy…but yummy and noooooo mayonnaise!
Need more? Just use equal portions of GY and Spicy Brown Mustard. So simple!
*If you want to try it as a salad dressing and it’s too thick for you…try adding a little bit of EVOO*
