Serves 1 (34g Protein, 27g Carbs, 7g Fat, 337 Calories)
- 1 whole egg, 3 egg whites
- 2 oz Top Sirloin Steak (or other lean cut like flank, london broil)
- 1/2 cup cooked brown rice
You can either scramble this all together…or I like to cook my eggs and rice together first and then just add the warmed steak on top.
