1 rounded scoop ON Whey Protein (double rich chocolate)
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
approx 2/3 to 1/2 cup of water (or you can use almond milk, skim milk…but that’s extra calories & perhaps fat)
Blend with my handy dandy single serve Ninja cup.
