Tire Flipping

Need an exercise to work out your entire body?

It’s a compound exercise, which means it uses more than one joint range of motion, and you are working more than one muscle group.

If you’ve never done this before, have someone experienced show you how. Form is extremely important for maximum benefit and to prevent injury. Squat down (do not round out your back…similar to a deadlift form keep a straight back, chest up), grab the bottom of the tire, lift it up and flip it over (again…form is key and essential!). Keep doing this for a series of flips and take a rest. This can be a great HIIT workout!

This works the glutes, legs, back, shoulders, arms and core all in one consecutive motion. LOVE TIRE FLIPPING!
