  1. I need this in my life ! After having a mini stroke I need to be more healthy for myself and my 9 month old now.. Working on base barely have time to cook when. I get home – love the salad I need the recepie

    1. Mayra…most of my recipes are 30 minutes or less! I’m a single mom and I don’t have time to waste! 🙂 The jar salad was pretty simple. The dressing was extra virgin olive oil, fresh squeezed lemon and fresh grated ginger. Topped with red onion, green peppers, tomato, cucumber and spinach. Any of this can be substituted of course based on your preferences 🙂
