Quick & Effective!

Wide & Low Squats 3X10 @ 85 lbs (my bar is 6 foot @ 35 lbs vs a typical 7  foot bar @ 45 lbs)  Working my way back up to heavy squats again but respecting my knee!!

Straight Leg Deadlifts 3X10 @ 105 lbs

Glute Brides (Single Leg)  3X10 @ bodyweight

Plyometric Squat Jumps 3X15 @ bodyweight

Finished with some Decline Weighted Crunches and Weighted Side to Sides
