I had a craving for peanut sauce. Had no idea how to make it…so I made it up. Mighty quick, easy and good!
- 2 tablespoon PB2
- 1 stevia
- low sodium soy sauce (I used kikkoman)
- toasted sesame seeds
- 1 serving of cooked whole grain pasta of choice (I used a brown rice spaghetti)
- 3-4 oz cooked chicken breast (sliced or diced)
In a small bowl, I combined PB2, stevia and water to get a smooth peanut butter consistency.
I combined the pasta, chicken and PB2 mixture. Tossed. Added a bit of soy sauce and tossed again. Sprinkled with sesame seeds.
