- 3-4 oz chicken (breast or canned)
- 1.5 tbsp Olive Oil Mayo (I use Kraft)
- Mrs Dash (Amt to your liking)
- Butternut Squash, Stevia and Cinnamon
Shred, chop or pulse chop your chicken (I use my Ninja smoothie maker to finely chop).
Place in bowl, add mayo and Mrs. Dash. Mix thoroughly and add to romaine!
Add stevia (I used only 1/2 pack) and some cinnamon to your butternut squash as a side or eat it plain. YUM!
