You ready for a STUCK @ HOME WORKOUT (approx 30 min)?
This is a sample of my EXPRESS 30 Workout!
4 rounds each exercise…20 seconds ON, 10 seconds REST.
1.5 to 2 min rest between exercises and don’t forget your water!!
~ Warmup…3-5 minutes.
~ Body Squats 4 X (20 sec/ 10 sec)
~ Toe Touch to Vertical Plyo Jump…Reach High!!! 4 X (20 sec/ 10 sec)
~ Burpee (with or without pushup…you know your level) 4 X (20 sec/10 sec)
~ Jumping Jacks or Jump Rope 4 X (20 sec/ 10 sec)
~ Plank with Shoulder Taps 4 X (20 sec/ 10 sec)
~ Lunge Plyo or Back Lunge with Forward Kick (alternate legs between rounds…so right on 1st and 3rd round, left on 2nd and 4th) 4 X 20 sec/ 10 sec
~ Walkouts 4 X (20 sec/ 10 sec)
~ COOL DOWN and enjoy the snow!
