Use a Vegetti spiraler or this Pampered Chef gadget to make zuchinni noodles!
Just a drizzle of EVOO and add whatever seasoning you like.
I’ve made this with simple salt and pepper.
I’ve used low sodium soy sauce and sesame seeds.
Tonight I added frozen basil cubes and green onions just to make it different.
You can even use it as a pasta substitute like you would with spaghetti squash!
